Auchmithie and Arbroath

Lovely trip at the Easter break visiting Auchmithie and Arbroath.  I hadn’t been to either place for years and I had forgotten how impressive they are.  Auchmithie with it’s cliffs and beautiful rounded stones, and Arbroath with it’s huge harbour (now including yacht pontoons), smokies and red sandstone walls. The weather was great sunny and hot, just right for rummaging on the shore and collecting stones.
